Information you share with us

Our contact form asks for your name, work email and a message. Your company or organization is optional. We receive those details and any other information you choose to include when you contact us.

Please keep your inquiry general. Don't include passwords, Social Security numbers, health or financial records, or confidential client information.

The cost calculator runs in your browser. We receive its figures only if you choose to include them in a message and submit the contact form. If you allow analytics, we may also count calculator use without collecting the figures you enter.

How we use your information

We use inquiry details to respond, discuss the work you describe and keep the related business correspondence. Submitting the form does not subscribe you to a newsletter or send your details to advertising platforms.

We and our service providers also process technical information to operate the website, troubleshoot problems and protect it against misuse.

Email delivery and service providers

The contact form sends your inquiry through Resend to AB's business email inboxes. Our current form does not save a separate copy in a website database; copies exist in email systems and may exist in delivery logs and backups.

AB team members handling inquiries can access the messages. Service providers process information as needed to host the site and deliver or store email. These include our Sites hosting platform and Cloudflare infrastructure, Resend for form delivery, and Microsoft for business email.

We may also disclose information when required by law or when reasonably necessary to address fraud, protect safety or exercise our legal rights.

AB is based in Pennsylvania. Team members and service providers may handle information in the United States and other countries, where privacy laws may differ from those where you live.

Optional tracking and cookies

You can choose separately whether to allow website analytics, company identification and advertising. Optional tags load only after you allow their category. Rejecting them does not prevent you from using the website, calculator or contact form.

Website analytics. If you allow analytics, Google Analytics uses cookies and browser identifiers to help measure visits, returning browsers, referral sources and actions such as opening the contact form or successfully sending an inquiry. We do not send names, email addresses, messages or calculator amounts as analytics event details. Google may process technical information such as device characteristics and approximate location. Company identification. If you allow it, Apollo processes visit and network information, such as pages viewed, IP address and browser details, to help identify visiting businesses and their interest in our services. Matching can be incomplete or inaccurate. This setup is for company-level identification; it does not enable a paid person-identification service. See Apollo's privacy policy.

Advertising. If you allow advertising, the LinkedIn Insight Tag can use cookies and visit information, including page URLs, referrers, IP address, browser details and timestamps, to measure advertising and build audiences for future ads. Its Website Actions feature can also record actions such as button clicks, page visits and form submissions, including button text and page names. LinkedIn may connect this activity with its member accounts; reports available to us do not identify individual members. See LinkedIn's privacy policy.

Our hosting and security providers may process your IP address, browser or device information, requested pages, timestamps and diagnostic information when serving the website. They may use cookies or similar technologies for service operation or security.

We store your privacy choices in your browser for 180 days, then ask again. Use Privacy choices in the footer or here to change your decision. Withdrawing permission stops future optional tracking in this browser and reloads the page to remove previously loaded tags. It does not erase information providers already received; contact us about deletion requests.

We keep optional tracking off when your browser sends Global Privacy Control or “Do Not Track.” You can also clear cookies through your browser. Choices apply to the browser you use; another browser or device needs its own choice.

Retention and security

Inquiry emails can remain in our business mailboxes, delivery logs and backups. Retention depends on ongoing correspondence, business recordkeeping needs and applicable legal obligations. The contact form does not automatically delete inquiry emails after a set period. Analytics and advertising providers retain information according to the account settings and their applicable policies.

You can ask us to delete your information using the contact below. Some records may need to remain for legal reasons, and backup copies may remain until the relevant provider removes or overwrites them.

The website uses HTTPS to protect information in transit. No website or email system can guarantee complete security, so please arrange an appropriate method with us before sharing sensitive documents.

Your choices and privacy requests

You can browse the site and use the calculator without sending an inquiry. Reject optional tracking through Privacy choices to opt out of the analytics, company-identification and advertising uses described above. Some privacy laws may classify advertising-related disclosures as sharing or a sale of personal information, even without a payment for it.

To ask what personal information we hold about you, request a correction or deletion, or ask us to stop following up, email info@abconsulting.ai.

Include enough detail for us to locate the correspondence, but don't send identity documents unless we request them through an appropriate channel. We may need to verify your identity before providing or changing information. We will handle requests according to applicable law; the rights available to you depend on where you live.

Children and other websites

This website is for people seeking business services and is not directed to children under 13. If you believe a child has sent us personal information, contact us so we can address it.

Links to other websites take you to services with their own privacy practices. Review their policies before providing information.

We will post changes on this page and update the date above. If a change requires additional notice or consent under applicable law, we will provide it.
